At this point it is important to note, that although coming from a backround of Yoga and Ayurveda, the skills taught are valuable and viable in this modern age.
Stress management is very much about finding applications and techniques that suit the person's Mind and Body type, and include where they are coming from in their point of view.
Stress management is not Yoga or Ayurveda, but it can use the education of old knowledge and transforms it into generic useful lifestyle choices.
Marie Mills works in educating the client with restorative practices of all types to provide oppurtunity for the body to return to correct optimal physical and mental function.
Stress management is a lifestyle choice and can enhance our life if we continue to use the skills on a daily, even hourly basis. This can be taken privately or in groups, its recommended to come for three sessions in three weeks, to then take a few weeks to work with the simple tools and come back for a refresher of one session if needed.
Ayurvedic Massage is a hands on stress reduction technique that puts the brakes on acute physical stress problems within 10 minutes.
Combining Stress management with massage may be recommended; Using two types of systematic relief, we first work with the physical body and then we enhance the effect through the mind. Culminating in a longer lasting effect.
