a dynamic yoga practice for teens with the vital resource of relaxation for teens and learning skills of concentration and meditation.

a fun and easy way to bring yoga to children, integrating nature and yoga postures, with stories and music available in the
Bandon Gael Scoil on a weekly basis.

Private tuition
Traditional Yoga therapy in your own home, or Ayurveda Centre-Cork.
Depending on your needs, either working on physical difficulties that have developed or to create your own personal yoga practice according to your individual constitution.
All of the work includes yoga asana, relaxation skills, a yoga and meditation practice to suit your body type and lifestyle.
Also, a discussion into nutrition, and its importance in developing mental clarity and revitalisation. These are all an essential parts of stress relief and deepening Self study.
Yoga therapy is one way to a better understanding of the body and mind as often fractured and separate. Using yogic tools to unite mind and body towards better health but most of all, there is always an increase in clarity of mind and thought processes. Both are the early steps towards finding the Discerning mind, and also learning to see when it leaves us!
