Yoga Mats
I do see many students struggling on their mats, feeling uncomfortable trying to get into gentle postures but feeling inadequately prepared.
In the early days this can be due to the type of mat having a slippery coated nature. Washing your mat at 40 degrees in the machine could very well take that coating off the mat, drying it is the harder part.
The mats I sell are €25, postage is extra, but they are safe, thick and perfectly sticky for yoga postures.
I have always felt that to do something with the best effort, we must engineer support from our environment.
This means not only a quiet tidy room, phone off, and outside intrusions limited to low level, but a good reliable mat to welcome you for practice and restoration; your small access to respite.
